Lime:
Botanical name : Citrus aurantifolia
Lime is uplifting and helps to reduce anxiety and stress.
Bergamot:
Botanical name: Citrus bergamia
This oil harmonises spirit and emotions, it helps to uplift the mood during down times and with low morale, stress, irritability, and it helps to boost self-confidence.
Ylang-Ylang:
Botanical name : Cananga odorata
Ylang-Ylang is an amazing oil that soothes and relaxes the body and mind. It is one of the best oil to work on the nervous system. It releases stress and tension. It helps to fight depression or insomnia.

Do not use during pregnancy
Always diluted with a carrier oil if you want to apply on skin.
Bergamot and lime are very photosensitising, do not expose yourself to the sun for up to 24 hours following the application on skin.
