This is one of the perfect oils when you feel stress or have nervous fatigue. It

Peppermint:
Botanical name : Mentha piperita
Helps to release emotional fatigue, fears.
Safety precaution :
Always dilute this blend with carrier oil if you want to use it on skin.
Grapefruit essential oil may be mildly photosensitising. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours after applying the blend on your skin.
